Available Now! Recorded at Tad's Golden Pinapple and Jeff's Haus studios between the summers of '06 and '07, "(Band)" is an eclectic mix of folk rock, punk and country tunes. Lyrically, we take the piss out of lots of
stodgy, incompetent fools in government, commerce, religion, and pop culture, with the goal of reinforcing your subversive opinions and perhaps a laugh or two."That's G-A-R-A-G-E, not G-A-R-B-A-G-E!" - Peckerhead Productions ©2004
This rare Henpecker demo CD featured 3 unknown songs. Only six original disks are thought to exist, and due to exotic encryption techniques, they cannot be copied, or listened to. The owner or owners of the original disks remain anonymous, although this cannot be verified.
"Henpecker Salutes America: Live at Eureka Veteran's Hall" - Peckerhead Productions ©2005
In their blistering live debut Henpecker puts to rest the scathing rumors of in-fighting, gender-bending, bender-rending, drinking, smoking and cussing, and show Northern Humboldt how to get what's bugging off the chest. Featuring Brian "Hellpounder" G. on drums, it's sure to get you yelling something insane about your lack of responsibility, running amok, and if you're especially excitable, wetting your pants. Part of the audience at the Vet's Hall sure did, but by all accounts, she was not a veteran.
"A Quiet Evening of Music and Poetry: Henpecker Live in Manila" - Peckerhead Productions ©2005
Henpecker attempts to salvage what remains of an intoxicated and amorous audience after an intense session of smart-ass erotica and spastically catchy folk songs from Dooley vs. Shuler. With surprise guest, Chuck "OPA (Other People's Appetizers)" K. and his drum kit manipulating time itself. The recording quality of this collection sounds either real good or real bad, depending which side of the couch you are sitting. (We recommend sitting on top.)
"Lack of Commitment: Henpecker Semi-Unplugged" - Peckerhead Productions ©2006
More hollow body instruments than usual and a trimmed down percussion section highlight this exercise in sweetness and light. This CD is especially good to listen to while you brush your girlfriend's hair. Who contributed the rousing foot-pounding percussion track is still a mystery.
